Where are we now? Where are we headed?

A brief survey can be a great way to begin a planning process or prepare for an upcoming retreat.  By providing everyone with some thought-provoking questions and time to respond, you remove some of the barriers to open communication that occur when you solicit input in a meeting setting – no one dominates, all opinions are heard, introverts can process, unknown consensus or questions  can be uncovered, etc.

In addition, when the group comes together to begin discussions, you don’t need to spend valuable group time on a SWOT analysis or debating issues where everyone is already in agreement.

We offer two levels of surveys to meet your needs and your budget. You will work with our representative by e-mail or phone to define your timeline, share e-mail addresses of participants, and clarify questions
(for Custom surveys).

1) The Basic Planning Survey is 12 of the questions we have found to be thought provoking for most organizations. It is “short & sweet” and can be thoroughly completed in 15-20 minutes - most people will take 10-15 minutes. 2) The Custom Planning Survey provides you with the opportunity to select from our list of 30+ planning questions and add up to five of your own questions. We recommend that the total length not exceed 20 questions or the time it takes to complete the survey can quickly exceed 30 minutes and discourage quality responses.
