ED Resume Receipt, Acknowledgement, and Sorting

Whether you are a board member with no staff who is in charge of filling your Executive Director position or a staff or board leader who prefers not to involve staff due to confidentiality or administrative workload, we can take much of the burden out of your search process.

1) We will meet with you, in person or by phone, before the ad is placed to confirm your selection criteria and priorities for the position and assist in writing the job ad and position announcement.  

2) We will create a special e-mail address ( yourposition@notforprofitnews.com ), link the ad to the full position announcement on the web, and receive all resumes for you. This can be a blind ad if desired.

3) Each respondent will be promptly acknowledged and e-mailed a copy of the job description and promotional flyer from your organization, if provided to us in electronic form.

4) We will sort the resumes received based on the criteria you defined at the beginning and deliver hardcopies of all respondents to your representative.

5) If requested, we will forward electronic copies of selected candidate resumes to your selection committee. 

This service is available for $600 for up to 100 responses and includes Job Ads in either or both newsletters (Indy and Cincy) and the special e-mail address.
